Brandon waited on us. He was very friendly and efficient. We ordered beef quesadillas and quesa birria. To our surprise Brandon also gave us chips & queso. The queso is so yummy! We asked who the cook was, Mago. The food was so hot & fresh. Loved the radishes with the quesa birria. Great value! Place is very clean. We dined inside. They also have a drive up and pickup.

The owner Miguel and his wife are super friendly and just treat you good! The portions do not leave you hungry! I am so happy that South Central Wichita is finally getting some love it so desperately needs! Tacos Uruapan is amazing! We ordered 10 quesabirria with 2 consomés, and it was hands down the best we’ve ever had. The place was busy (which is always a good sign), and while we waited outside, the owner Miguel came over to chat with us. He was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Once we got home and tried the food, it blew us away—absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back ASAP.
